Prescriptions

Please try to remind your doctor during your visit if you will run out of any medicines before your next appointment. If you need a refill, you can call our prescription line at (937)848-9015. Tell us your:    * full name    * telephone number    * the name of the medicine (spell it if you need to)    * the prescription number (it's on the label)    * Your physician will review your chart and call in your refill as soon as they reasonably can. * We cannot diagnose over the phone. It isn't in your best interest. Many questions can be answered by telephone, though.
